FAQ

Clear answers with no ambiguity.

Every project is different, but these answers will help you prepare for the first conversation.

How much does a website cost?

The cost depends on the scope, number of views, features, integrations and the approach to visual design. After a short conversation and requirements review, we prepare an individual estimate.

How long does a project take?

We complete a simple website within one week at most. An online store or custom application requires more time — we agree on the exact schedule before work begins and update it whenever the scope changes.

Do I need finished copy and materials?

No. We can start by organising the structure and creating a list of required materials. If you prepare the copy yourself, we will provide clear guidance on its length and purpose.

Will the website work on mobile devices?

Yes. Every interface is designed responsively and checked at different screen widths to remain clear and convenient on phones, tablets and desktop computers.

WordPress, PrestaShop or a custom solution?

We choose the technology around the goal, scale, budget and growth plans. WordPress works well for content-managed websites, PrestaShop for advanced commerce and custom solutions for non-standard processes.

Can you improve an existing website or store?

Yes. We first review the current code, technology and issues. Based on that, we determine whether improving the existing solution or building a structured new version makes more sense.

Do you provide support after launch?

We can continue developing the project, add new features, update dependencies and respond to issues. The support scope is agreed separately according to the product’s needs.

How do we start working together?

Send a short message describing the goal, expected scope and preferred timeline. You do not need a finished specification — we will ask the questions needed to organise it together.
